The concept failed. The production mark passed.

TUC checked an image against six release requirements, returned five specific failures, then checked the repaired package.

TUC’s own identity, not a customer result. The evaluation record and displayed assets come from the current product build.

  2. The required primary, monochrome, reverse, knockout, lockup, and favicon variants were missing.

  3. The image used gradients and color texture despite the flat-color requirement.

  4. There was no scalable vector source.

  5. Small-size recognition had not been shown.

What TUC established

The repaired package met the stated production constraints in the submitted evidence: flat fills, transparency, scalable source, required variants, and tested small-size output.

What it did not establish

This check does not prove that everyone will like the mark, that it is legally available as a trademark, or that every possible visual problem was found.
